INGL脡S 1

Hello everybody! 馃懇馃挰

Today we are going to start talking about adjectives that describe feelings.

First, we are going to match words and pictures. (exercise 1) And after that we are going to listen to the audio (1.68) to check. Repeat the phrases!

In exercise 2, the Carter family are on holiday in Ireland. Let’s listen and number. (audio 1.69)

There are many imperative phrases in the dialogue. Imperative phrases are those that are used to give commands or orders: Go out! Open the door!

You can also suggest using Let´s.

Now, listen to the end of the audio to see how this story finishes. What are the two problems that the family has?

There´s a chart in exercise 3 a to complete: imperatives and suggestions.

Then in exercise b we are going to learn more about imperatives and suggestions at page126, Grammar bank 2c.

I leave you some examples about imperative form and its use.

Finally, let´s listen to a song! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ikJony6h_tQ

Have a nice week and a fantastic Independence Day!

Love,

Mrs. Valeria
